Rather than trying to change everything at once, each container explores one doorway into deeper understanding—whether that’s remembering what safety feels like, discovering surrender, reconnecting with your body or recognising patterns that have quietly shaped your life for years.
No script is followed because no two groups are the same. Each experience is intuitively designed around the people who gather, drawing upon sacred plant medicine, nervous system regulation, African Indigenous Wisdom and other therapeutic practices only where they serve the awareness the container is intended to awaken.
