Every Womb Sovereignty & Ancestral Reclamation experience is personally facilitated by Vuyiswa Kayembe within a carefully held therapeutic container that unfolds through continuous attunement. Rather than following a fixed programme, every experience responds to your unique story, your nervous system, your ancestry and what naturally reveals itself throughout the journey.
Womb cleansing, somatic practices, ancestral work, womb awareness, ceremony, movement, open-hearted conversation, sound, silence and nature may all become part of the experience. Every in-person Awaken Experience incorporates one form of sacred plant medicine or another.
Sacred plant medicine supports deeper awareness by gently softening the protective patterns that keep many women disconnected from themselves. As the body begins to unbrace, emotions, memories, ancestral patterns and feminine wisdom become easier to recognise. Within this expanded awareness, the work becomes less about searching for answers and more about remembering what has always been present.
