Monthly Group Support Experience

A Monthly Regulated Space Where Your Nervous System Architecture Is Honoured

The Neurodivergent Sanctuary is a monthly group support experience created specifically for AuADHD, autistic, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent individuals — held through a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware facilitation approach that treats neurodivergence not as a deficit to be managed, but as a specific architecture to be understood and honoured.

Most therapeutic spaces are built for neurotypical nervous systems. The pacing, the social expectations, the unspoken rules of how to participate — all of it is calibrated for a nervous system that most people attending this circle do not have. The result is that neurodivergent individuals spend their healing spaces also managing their neurodivergence. That ends here.

Vuyiswa Kayembe — AuADHD founder and Sacred Blood Medicine practitioner — holds this space from the inside of neurodivergent experience, not from a clinical distance. She understands masking, sensory overload, RSD, time blindness, executive function challenges, and the specific grief of spending a lifetime adapting to environments that were never built for you. She also understands the specific gifts — the depth, the pattern recognition, the oracle-adjacent perception that comes with this wiring.

This is a rare space. You do not have to perform wellness here. You do not have to mask. You do not have to explain yourself. You arrive as you are and the space meets you there.

What this experience supports: — Nervous system regulation in a sensory-considerate environment — Unmasking and authentic self-expression without social penalty — Emotional processing without overwhelm or shutdown — Understanding your specific neurodivergent patterns and needs — Building connection without the exhaustion of neurotypical social performance — Psycho-spiritual understanding of neurodivergence as sacred architecture

How this space is held: — Small, intentionally curated group — never more than 8 people — Sensory-considerate environment — lighting, sound, and spatial arrangement considered — Flexible participation — sharing is always optional, never expected — Clear structure communicated in advance to reduce uncertainty — No masking required — stimming, movement, and non-linear expression welcomed — Trauma-informed facilitation throughout

Who this is for: — Individuals with diagnosed or self-identified AuADHD, autism, ADHD, or high sensitivity — Those navigating burnout, sensory overwhelm, or social exhaustion — Anyone who has spent their life adapting to spaces that were not built for them and is ready to experience the opposite

This experience is by application only.
